The agreement between you and Journey Jewelers when you shop with us.

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Journey Jewelers. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Refund and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

Journey Jewelers is a family-owned jeweler in Oklahoma City, at the bench since 1982.

Products, pricing and availability
We work to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate. Fine jewelry is made from natural materials, and stones and finishes vary from piece to piece, so an item may differ slightly from the image shown. Gemstone and diamond measurements are approximate.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. Precious metal and gemstone markets move, and we reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before charging you and you may cancel it.
Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. If an item becomes unavailable we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a backorder, or to cancel and return your payment.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or make the item available for pickup. We may decline or cancel an order, including where an item is unavailable, where pricing or description was in error, or where we cannot verify payment or delivery details.
Payment
Card payments are processed by Square. We do not receive or store your full card number. Applicable Oklahoma sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
Shipping and local pickup
Shipping options, delivery estimates and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout before you pay. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.
Custom-built rings are available for in-store pickup only. Because each is made to your specification, we ask that you collect it in person so we can check the fit and finish with you and make any adjustments while you are here. Local pickup is free, and you will be contacted when your piece is ready.
Custom and made-to-order work
Custom rings, engraving, and resizing are produced to your specification. Once production begins these items cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or credited. Please check spelling, sizes and specifications carefully before you confirm.
Repairs
Repair pricing shown on this site is a starting estimate. Final pricing depends on the piece, the metal, and the extent of the work, and is confirmed after we examine the item. Repairs are covered by these terms only where we have accepted the work in writing or in person. Completed repairs carry a 90-day warranty on the area repaired, as set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Returns
We do not give refunds. Exchanges and in-store credit are available within 15 days of the purchase date, with the original sales receipt and subject to conditions. Our returns terms, including that 15-day window and the items that are not eligible, are set out in full in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Gift cards
Gift cards are issued and managed through Square. They carry no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and cannot be replaced if lost or shared with someone else.
Use of this website
The content on this site, including text, images, and our name and logo, belongs to Journey Jewelers or our suppliers and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, our liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
