Journey Jewelers respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

When you place an order. Your name, billing and shipping address, email address, and phone number, along with the details of what you ordered. We need this to take payment, fulfill your order, and contact you about it.

When you contact us. Whatever you choose to tell us in a form, email, or phone call, so we can answer you.

Automatically, as you browse. Standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the site working, secure, and reasonably fast.

Payment information

Customer accounts

You can check out as a guest or create an account to see your orders and saved designs. Sign-in is handled by Clerk, which stores your login details under its own privacy policy; we never see your password. No payment method is saved on this site.

Why we use your information

• To process and deliver your order, and to contact you about it
• To let you know when a custom piece or repair is ready for collection
• To handle returns, refunds, and warranty or repair questions
• To keep records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes
• To protect the site against fraud and abuse

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the businesses that help us run the store, and only as far as they need it:

• Square, which processes payments and manages gift cards
• Our suppliers, where an item ships directly to you and needs your delivery address
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order
• Our website host and technical providers, who keep the site running, including the phone and text messaging service that delivers our texts and calls

We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Marketing

If you ask to hear from us, we will only send what you signed up for, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe. We do not add customers to a marketing list simply because they placed an order.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number when you place a repair, custom design, or special order, we may text you about that order: to confirm we have it, to let you know when it is ready for pickup, and to answer questions you send us. These are messages about your own order, not marketing. Message frequency depends on the job, usually a few messages over its life. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us, and we will confirm that you have been removed. Reply HELP for help, or call (405) 719-2535.

We do not share your mobile number, or your consent to receive texts, with any third party for their marketing purposes. Your number is used only to reach you about your order and is handled by the messaging service that delivers our texts, solely to deliver them.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to remember what is in your cart and to keep the checkout working. Without them the store cannot function properly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may stop working if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to support the purchase and to meet our legal and tax obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept only as long as they are useful.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and payment details go directly to Square rather than through us. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

Your choices

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
