We design it with you, show you a printed model before we cast, and make it in white gold, yellow gold or platinum at our own bench.
You see it before we cast it
Most shops show you the finished ring at pickup, when a change means more money. Here you see the design on screen, then hold a printed model, before anything is cast. Five steps, and we text you at each one.
Consult and quote
3 to 5 business days
We look at your inspiration and take the measurements we need, in the shop, by text, or on a video call. Then we text you a detailed quote. If the price works, we text an invoice for the 50 percent deposit.
CAD design
3 to 5 business days
With the deposit in, we draw your piece in our design software and text you renderings in the metal color you chose. Ask for changes until it is exactly right.
3D printed model
Come in and hold it
When you approve the CAD, we print a model of your piece. You see the size, the proportions and the overall look in your hand before anything is cast.
Casting and stone setting
Only after you approve the model
We cast in the metal you chose, set the stones and polish. Nothing moves forward until you are confident the design matches your vision.
Pickup
Final payment at the counter
When your piece is finished you come in, see it, and pay the balance. No surprises, because you saw it before we made it.
- From first quote to pickup is usually four to six weeks. For a piece you want under the tree, start in early November.
You do not have to come in to begin
A new design can start over text or on a video call. A redesign of a piece you own needs the piece in the shop at some point, so we can measure the stones and weigh the gold.
